This outrigger canoe race has been first organized in 1992. It is a va’a (Polynesian canoes) race that takes place over three days. It starts in Huahine to Raiatea, then Raiatea to Taha’a, and finally Taha’a to Bora Bora. Teams from all over the world participate. This spectacular race offers the opportunity to discover the Raromatai islands.
